Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Bring your securely sealed package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
